Ally Grider serves as the Agency Finance and HR Operations Coordinator at Douglas and Lanier, where she brings a unique combination of business acumen, organizational expertise, and people-first leadership to the team. With a diverse background spanning sales, marketing, and administrative leadership, Ally is passionate about building operational growth and a thriving team culture.
Ally began her professional journey in the luxury retail industry, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become Customer Experience Manager for Nordstrom in Nashville. Transitioning from retail management into SaaS marketing, Ally leveraged her leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and implement process improvements. Most recently, she has embraced roles in both education and operations, further sharpening her ability to wear multiple hats and drive excellence in every area she oversees.
At Douglas and Lanier, Ally supports the agency’s mission by managing financial workflows, optimizing HR processes, and fostering a supportive environment for staff and clients alike.
Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband Ethan and two children, Betty and Webb, exploring creative outlets, and continuing her professional development—including pursuing her PMP certification. She believes in the power of kindness, structure, and intentional living—values she brings into every aspect of her work and life.
