Crystal Bean is a proud Warren County native and graduate of Warren County High School. She went on to attend Nashville State and Aquinas College, where she studied Business Administration before beginning her entrepreneurial journey.
After college, Crystal owned and operated her own catering and coffee business. She later sold the company and launched a successful merchandising and marketing business, serving big-box retailers, independently owned grocery stores, and convenience stores across the region. During this time she also worked in her family’s restaurant managing and catering. She remained in business for 20 years before pursuing a new passion—insurance.
Crystal began her insurance career with Allstate after a close friend encouraged her to enter the industry. Discovering how much she enjoyed helping people, she knew she had found the right path. Crystal has now joined Douglas & Lanier Agency as a Commercial Account Executive, where she brings decades of business experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Crystal is the proud mother of two children, Cole and Kenzie, and loves spending her free time with her family, friends, grandchildren, and pets. She enjoys gardening, reading, and continuing her studies in the insurance industry.
