“I have Erie Insurance through Douglas and Lanier. I absolutely love my coverage. We have had a couple accidents and they have made customer service a priority. We always hear back within a timely manor and have our questions answered thoroughly. We recently had a little hiccup with not receiving our bill, Jennifer took care of that for us in no time. She checked in a couple times and has responded to emails quickly. We were able to get that resolved in no time. Their customer service is wonderful as well.
