Joseph “Joe” Lanier is a native of Warren County, TN, and a graduate of Warren County High School’s Class of 2021. He went on to attend Motlow State Community College, where he earned his associate degree in Business Administration in 2023.
Joe began assisting Douglas & Lanier Agency at the age of 16 and officially joined the team full-time after high school. He spent his first year as an Account Executive before transitioning into sales, where he now works as a licensed agent in all lines. He specializes in personal lines insurance and is committed to helping clients understand their coverage and feel confident in their protection.
In addition to his work at the agency, Joe is actively involved in the community. He graduated from Leadership McMinnville in 2025, a program dedicated to developing local leaders and strengthening community engagement.
